Restaurant Manager – Upscale Casual Dining
$75,000–$85,000 Base Salary + Bonus | Growth Opportunity

We are recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a growing upscale casual restaurant group known for scratch-made food, strong hospitality, and developing leaders from within.
This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, interacting with guests, and helping run the entire restaurant—not managing from an office.
What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and deliver a strong guest experience

Coach, train, and develop FOH and BOH employees

Lead shifts and remain highly visible on the restaurant floor

Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and labor management

Handle guest recovery and resolve operational challenges

Partner closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef

Maintain high standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety

Help create a positive, accountable, high-performing culture

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of restaurant management experience
-
Full-service restaurant background
-
Experience in restaurants generating approximately $3M+ in annual sales

Strong hospitality and guest-service mindset
-
Proven ability to train and develop employees

Comfortable supporting both FOH and BOH operations

Hands-on leadership style
-
Stable work history and demonstrated career progression

Professional communication and presentation
-
Interest in building a long-term career with a growing restaurant company

Future relocation flexibility is a plus, but not required
