What You'll Do

Assist in leading daily restaurant operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences

Recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly team members

Support labor management, scheduling, and cost controls

Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service

Help achieve sales and profitability goals

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Create a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment

Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly

What We're Looking For

2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Experience managing labor, scheduling, and daily operations
