What You’ll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards for service, food quality, and hospitality

• Be a visible, hands-on leader in the dining room who sets the tone for the guest experience

• Coach, support, and develop team members while building a positive, accountable work environment

• Ensure operational systems and service standards are consistently executed

• Resolve guest and team concerns with professionalism and sound judgment

• Maintain strong knowledge of menu ingredients, wine, and beverage offerings

• What We’re Looking For

• At least three years of restaurant management experience

• A minimum of two years in a high-volume, upscale dining environment

• A hands-on leadership style and a commitment to team development

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• A passion for hospitality and delivering a polished, memorable guest experience
