Job Summary

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-casual restaurant environment
• 2-3+ years of leadership or management experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license and proof of insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members

• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety

• Manage labor, inventory, and operating costs

• Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture

• Ensure an excellent guest experience

• Support sales and profitability goals

• Lead by example and remain actively involved in restaurant operations

• Identify and participate in local events, partnerships, and community initiatives that help increase awareness and strengthen the restaurant's presence

• Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $49,000-$53,000 annually

• Schedule: Approximately 45-50 hours per week

• Full-time management position with a hands-on, operational focus
