Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the restaurant team, and ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements

Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager in an F&B or QSR environment.

Not more than 35 years old.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong report-writing and leadership skills.
