About the Role The Restaurant Management Trainee role supports the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the assigned restaurant operates profitably in line with Sundry Foods’ SOP across multiple Nigeria locations. What You'll Do

Assist the Restaurant Manager in the proper and profitable running of the assigned Restaurant in line with the Company’s SOP.
Support the implementation and adherence to SOP to ensure smooth daily operations and quality guest experience. What We're Looking For
Passion for good food; demonstrable leadership skills; culinary skills are an added advantage.
A minimum of Second-Class Upper Degree/Upper Credit in Food Sciences or related courses.
Willingness to work across multiple locations in Nigeria as part of the Management Trainee program. Nice to Have
Culinary skills (added advantage)
