General Manager – Growing Restaurant Group
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + Bonus
A rapidly growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations. We are looking for a hands-on, hospitality-driven leader who can build strong teams, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and achieve financial goals.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations, including food quality, service, staffing, and guest satisfaction
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly employees
- Manage P&L performance, budgets, labor, inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation
- Resolve guest concerns and build strong customer relationships
- Create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth
General Manager Requirements:
- At least five years of successful restaurant leadership experience
- Strong financial acumen and command of P&L statements
- Proven ability to manage labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability
- High-volume, full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Hands-on, team-focused leadership style
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
