Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications 5+ Years of General Manager Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment Scratch Kitchen Experience with a strong appreciation for food quality and execution Proven Leadership Skills with a servant-leader mentality Strong Business Acumen and experience managing sales, labor, food costs, and profitability Exceptional Communication & Attention to Detail Positive, High-Energy Leadership Style that sets the tone for the entire restaurant
