What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members to achieve operational excellence.

Foster a positive, accountable, and high-energy culture.

Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Manage financial performance, including sales growth, labor, food and beverage costs, and overall profitability.

Analyze business trends and implement strategies to improve revenue and efficiency.

Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent.

Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service execution.

Build relationships within the local community and drive guest loyalty initiatives.

Lead by example and actively support restaurant operations during peak business periods.

What We're Looking For

3-5+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.

Strong understanding of restaurant financials and P&L management.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and restaurant technology.

Food Safety Certification preferred.
