The Role: Hands-On Leadership
Our General Managers are the heartbeat of our operations. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role where you will work side-by-side with your team to foster a culture of elite customer service and operational efficiency. We are looking for versatile leaders capable of overseeing all facets of a high-volume business while mentoring the next generation of talent.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Manage all daily operations of a high-volume restaurant, ensuring brand standards are met consistently. Drive profitability by meeting or exceeding targets for food, labor, and paper costs through strategic planning and team accountability.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and coach a large team, transforming high-potential individuals into successful contributors.

Customer Experience: Maintain an upbeat, fast-paced environment that guarantees an exceptional visit for every guest.

Candidate Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a management role (Restaurant/Hospitality management preferred).

Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive and multitask within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Elite Compensation Package

Annual Salary: $75,000 – $100,000

Appreciation Pay: $15 per hour (in addition to base salary)
