Job title: Responsable exploitation – flux import/export
Description: Based on the Vitrolles agency Ground & Rail, you operate in an industrial environment dedicated to major clients (automotive, electrical equipment, etc.). You will supervise a team of flow pilots and ensure the smooth running of import/export operations, in close proximity to clients and internal services.
What You'll Do
- Pilot the activity and the flows
- Manage the import/export flows (raw materials and finished products), mainly by sea and then by road
- End-to-end monitoring of operations, detect anomalies (operational and documentary) and implement corrective actions
- Gather client needs, analyze feasibility and organize flows in coordination with transport, platform, etc.
- Lead quality within the team and track monthly KPIs focused on customer satisfaction and low level of anomalies
- Client relations and internal coordination: be the preferred contact for key industrial clients; ensure reinforced support for strategic clients and new files; participate in follow-up forums (COPIL, performance reviews) and represent the exploitation activity to clients and management
- Team management: lead and supervise the exploitation team, organize task distribution and autonomously manage day-to-day topics (leave, absences, alerts, activity planning); develop skills of a mixed team of juniors and experienced staff, adapting leadership style and ensuring health & safety for all You are trained on data up to October 2023.
