Description du poste

• Assurer une veille économique pour se tenir informer des évolutions du marché
• Etre l’interlocuteur de l’ensemble des fournisseurs
• Négocier le meilleur prix d’achat tout en garantissant la qualité et la fraicheur des produits
• Gérer les budgets alloués à chaque catégorie de marchandises
• Anticiper et commander les produits avant la rupture de stock
• Assurer la tenue des documents administratifs ainsi que le classement et l’archivage
• Collaborer avec les différents chefs de service dans le but de satisfaire leurs besoins et ceux des clients
• Assurer le suivi des appels d’offre des achats PME
• Respecter les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité
• Alimenter la base de données des préférences clients
• Répondre et gérer les réclamations clients
• Veiller au respect optimal de la stratégie d'audit du groupe et de contrôle interne.
• Communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bac+3 en Achats, Logistique, Gestion ou domaine équivalent.
• Minimum 3 à 5 ans dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur hôtelier 4 ou 5 étoiles.
• Maîtrise des techniques d'achat, d'approvisionnement, de négociation et de gestion des fournisseurs.
• Bonne maîtrise du suivi budgétaire, de l'analyse des coûts et de l'optimisation des dépenses.
• Bonne connaissance des procédures de gestion des stocks et de contrôle des approvisionnements.
• Très bonne maîtrise du français, avec un bon niveau en anglais.
• Rigueur, organisation, intégrité, réactivité, esprit d'analyse et excellentes capacités de négociation.
