Your mission Contribute to the growth of the ranges of the brand(s) entrusted to you for their promotion and development among pharmacy teams. The activity integrates four main missions:

• Sell in: order taking
• Sell out: securing and implementing actions aimed at consumers in the pharmacy
• Training, advice and involvement of pharmacy teams
• Management of BtoB influencers in the sector

Detailed responsibilities

• Field activity: visit the defined sector and all people targeted by the company to develop sales of the brand’s products; target customers include pharmacies and parapharmacies; ensure optimal customer follow-up; plan appointments four weeks in advance; visit frequency according to customer targeting; provide synthetic reports on growth levers and action plans; prepare summary visit based on growth elements; establish reports and administrative procedures; use marketing supports for sales visits.
• Sell In: negotiate and take orders using company tools; open identified markets; optimize restocking orders; monitor and control EDI orders as needed; anticipate and limit disruptions and proactively manage shortages.
• Sell Out: promote operations aimed at patients/consumers; obtain visibility for operations; promote merchandising recommendations; implement merchandising as needed; manage the coop budget for best ROI with pharmacists; organize animated points of sale; lead workshops and training evenings.
• Training clients and their teams: provide “flash” training during pharmacy visits; train on launches and monthly promotions; promote distance learning courses; promote brand support offers (webinars, expert courses); develop cross-selling arguments; organize staff.
• Influence: develop collaboration with partner networks to support KAMs; provide field feedback and share best practices; provide training in faculties of pharmacy or CFA; share product information during conferences.

Who you are Commercial background from Bac+2 to Bac+5 with first successful sales experience, ideally in pharmacy or parapharmacy. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution circuit is a plus; knowledge of sector clientèle is a plus. Strong sales and negotiation skills; proficient with office tools. You are persuasive, customer-service oriented, results-driven, with strong relational and communication skills. B driving license is essential.
