About the Role IndraMind is seeking a seasoned Pentesting Lead to coordinate and supervise client security testing initiatives, acting as the main reference for internal teams, external providers and development areas on strategic projects in retail. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and technically supervise all client security testing initiatives, ensuring alignment with security standards and remediation.
- Manage and monitor pentesting services across web, mobile, APIs, eCommerce environments and PCI DSS initiatives, including planning, execution, results review and remediation tracking.
- Provide advanced technical support in exploiting and validating complex vulnerabilities when execution teams require specialist help.
- Coordinate multiple Security Testing providers and Bug Bounty programs to ensure proper service delivery and high-quality deliverables.
- Lead initiatives for new security testing capabilities, including mobile apps, cloud environments, critical digital services and AI-based technologies.
- Advise development and architecture teams on offensive security, vulnerability identification and mitigation measures to promote security across the software lifecycle.
- Actively participate in client security committees and technical forums, sharing initiative status, risks, trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate in developing tools and automation to optimize management of Security Testing activities. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience on European/subsidized projects.
- Experience working with international partners.
- Knowledge of how these projects work: eligible costs, deliverables, commitments with the Commission, etc.
- Experience in coordination, especially in R&D.
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
- Coordination of partners and subcontracting, purchasing.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Torrejón. Compensation & Benefits
