About the Role We are seeking a Responsable de Gestión de Itinerarios Formativos with experience in the educational field and cybersecurity to design, structure and coordinate training programs tailored to different profiles and sectors. The successful candidate will combine pedagogical and organizational vision, translating technical cybersecurity content into effective learning experiences while ensuring the quality and coherence of the itineraries. What You'll Do
- Design, plan, and manage training itineraries adapted to different levels and profiles.
- Define and apply learning methodologies aligned with project objectives.
- Adapt cybersecurity technical content into didactic formats suitable for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure coherence and quality of the training programs. What We're Looking For
- Experience in the educational field and knowledge of cybersecurity.
- Ability to translate technical content into effective learning experiences with strong pedagogical and organizational skills.
- Capacity to design, structure and coordinate training programs for different profiles and sectors.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
