About the Role We are seeking a Centre Manager for Light Vehicles at Euromaster St Egrève. You will report to the zone manager and lead the center with passion and professionalism, overseeing administrative, commercial and financial management while energizing the team. What You'll Do
- Animate the center team and manage the administrative, commercial and financial operations of a light-vehicle center.
- Manage a small to mid-sized team with a hands-on leadership approach.
- Oversee operational and economic center management: inventories and procurement, human resources, economic indicators, and administrative tasks.
- Manage commercial relationships with a varied client base (professionals and individuals).
- Monitor and analyze commercial indicators and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Promote Euromaster policy to clients and colleagues within the center: Commerce, Safety, Prevention.
- Ensure operational excellence and service quality to increase customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For
- A Bac+3 in a commercial field with at least 5 years of proven experience in managing a profit center and serving professional clients.
- Proficiency with office and digital tools and strong leadership qualities.
- A strong customer orientation, sound business sense, organizational skills, ability to rally and a rigorous approach. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary between 38,000 and 43,000 EUR gross per year, depending on objective attainment.
- Executive cadre status: 218 days per year, RTT.
