About the role
Enjeux :
Rattaché(e) directement au Responsable magasin, le/la Responsable adjoint(e) apporte son soutien au quotidien dans la gestion du magasin, le management de proximité, l’optimisation des résultats et la fidélisation clients dans le cadre de la politique commerciale Lacoste. En tant que binôme opérationnel, il/elle participe activement à la gestion et à la motivation du personnel (recrutement, développement, coaching) et à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux. Il/elle garantit la performance du magasin ainsi que la satisfaction et fidélité des clients à l’aide de services premium et d’un conseil optimal par la connaissance des produits et collections.
