About the Role Join Nike, Inc. at the Nike Clearance Store Salerno as an Athlete (Sales) on a part-time, on-call basis. You will be the face of Nike in-store, supporting sales leadership and coaching while delivering high-quality customer experiences and upholding the Nike brand. What You'll Do
- Assist Lead and Coach in training new employees and supporting daily store operations
- Support various departments (cash handling, inbound/outbound goods, stock replenishment, visual merchandising)
- Advise customers on Nike products to help achieve sales targets
- Use digital tools to connect online and offline shopping experiences
- Inform customers and colleagues about Nike products and services
- Continuously improve knowledge through Nike training resources What We're Looking For
- Passion for Nike and/or sports
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate professionally, focus on the customer, and work in a team
- Proactive, open-minded, motivated, and flexible to work shifts and weekends Nice to Have
