Job title: Respiratory Therapist - PRN
About the Role The Respiratory Therapist is a certified professional responsible for assessing patients' respiratory status, delivering therapies, and educating patients on treatment and wellness. This role requires collaboration with the respiratory care team to evaluate responses and adjust care plans as needed.
What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments of patient respiratory status and deliver prescribed therapies.
- Evaluate patient response to treatments and adjust care as needed.
- Provide patient education on respiratory treatments, health, and wellness.
- Document care using electronic health records and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to safety protocols.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; readiness to provide transcript if performing moderate complexity testing.
- Licensure and certifications: Oregon Respiratory Therapist license, NBRC certification; American Heart Association BLS; ACLS; PALS or ENPC; NRP provider as stipulated.
- 1+ year of experience as a respiratory therapist in an acute hospital setting preferred.
- Proficiency in English, computer literacy, and ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds; ability to use standard precautions.

- Experience in an acute hospital setting preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $32.53 - $48.27 per hour USD.
