About the Role Logan Health Medical Center is hiring Respiratory Therapists to join the inpatient team in Kalispell, MT. This role supports critical care across multiple settings and welcomes new grads and experienced therapists.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-impact respiratory care as part of an inpatient team in a designated trauma center.
- Treat a broad range of patients from labor and delivery to geriatrics.
- Manage complex cases and work across diverse settings including critical care, PICU, NICU, ER, med/surg, and more.
What We're Looking For
- Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license or license obtained prior to hire date.
- NBRC credentialed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT); CRT must obtain RRT within one year of hire.
- NBRC RRT credential required within one year of hire if starting with CRT.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS; NRP within six months; PALS within one year.
- Ability to work night shifts (12 hours) and full-time schedule; team-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced inpatient setting.
Nice to Have
- New graduates welcome; experienced RRTs encouraged to apply for new adventures.
- Trauma center / critical care experience and comfort across CCU, PICU, NICU, ER, and med/surg settings (beneficial).
