What role will you play?
In this role, you will use your Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition experience to source, attract and assess the very best talent in retail banking or a relevant industry. You will build credibility, take accountability and earn trust as you deliver.
You will adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment. You will also bring a strong client service ethic, a proven record of delivering innovative attraction and sourcing strategies, and a strong background in retail banking and volume recruitment.
What you offer
- Proven experience and expertise in volume recruitment in a retail banking or similar setting
- Highly organised and deadline driven
- Strong ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and recommendations
- Passionate about engaging with candidates and understanding their career aspirations
- Strong experience using market intelligence to identify top talent, anticipate industry trends and inform recruitment strategies
- A solid understanding of the market, with experience recruiting within or for large enterprise environments
