Job title: Resource Technician
What You'll Do
- Provide training to staff and users, equipment setup, and basic troubleshooting as assigned by the CLAS IT department.
- Conduct individual training sessions.
- Website maintenance.
- Quality control of CLAS computer labs.
- Assist with hardware assemblies.
- Inventory tracking.
- Moving and delivery of equipment.
- Take on other special projects as assigned.
- On-site location: St. Augustine Center; Summer 2026; up to 30 hours/week; flexible schedule.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent skills in communication, customer service, and time management.
- No technical experience required; students will receive training from CLAS IT staff.
- Willingness to participate in individual training sessions and learn CLAS IT processes.
- Eligibility: Work study preferred but open to all Villanova students.
- Availability to work up to 30 hours per week during Summer 2026.
- Must be able to travel with a laptop; must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $11.25 per hour.
