Resort Supervisor/ Hotel Supervisor

Our client, a resort in Ruiru, seeks an experienced Supervisor to coordinate daily operations, supervise staff and ensure excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations and service delivery.
• Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance, grooming and performance.
• Ensure prompt, courteous and professional guest service.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Coordinate kitchen, service, housekeeping and other teams.
• Monitor stock usage and report shortages, losses and maintenance needs.
• Prepare daily operational reports and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field.

• At least 3 years’ hospitality experience, including staff supervision.

• Events management experience

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and guest relations.

• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• High integrity and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
