General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Strong background in hospitality operations (Hotel, Spa, Food & Beverage, Facilities)
• Budgeting, KPIs, and revenue generation expertise
• Must bring corporate structure while working in a creative and entrepreneurial environment
• Hands-on leadership: Must be present and engaged, not just behind a desk
• Ability to train and oversee department leads
• Resort and country club operations experience a plus
