Job title: Residential Marketing Specialist - Houston Area
About the Role The Residential Marketing Specialist is part of our Direct Marketing Department and is responsible for making great first impressions with homeowners, sharing information, and generating appointments for in-home consultations on windows and doors. This role serves the Greater Houston area and connects homeowners with our Design Consultant team for guaranteed pricing for a full year.
What You'll Do
- Visit homeowners in targeted neighborhoods in the Greater Houston metropolitan area, in person, to build trust, credibility, and rapport.
- Present information and coordinate no-cost, in-home consultations with our Design Consultant team, who provide guaranteed pricing for a full year.
- Generate and schedule qualified appointments, helping homeowners understand pricing and options while developing your earning potential through paid training and commissions.
- Represent a fun, team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing and likeable personalities who can start conversations with anyone and want to take control of their earnings.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable meeting homeowners in person and working in the Greater Houston area; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Nice to Have
