About the Role Liberty University is seeking a Residential Clinical Adjunct Professor in the School of Nursing to supervise junior nursing students during clinicals and guide them in total patient care as part of their Christian nursing ministry.
What You'll Do
- Supervise junior level nursing students during clinicals as they learn total patient care.
- Create patient assignments for nursing students.
- Work with unit nurses to ensure patient safety as well as pleasant nursing work relationships.
- Grade clinical papers.
What We're Looking For
- Four-year college degree, with a concentration in Nursing (BSN) and must be willing to pursue MSN within one year of becoming hired faculty.
- Eager to encourage young nursing students and serve as a role model for Christian Nursing ministry.
- Must be actively involved in a local evangelical church.
- Must be CPR certified.
- Recent clinical experience required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Courses are typically paid at $800 per load hour.
