Schedule & Pay:
- Approximately 30–32 hours per week on average
- Weekly hours may be more or less depending on the schedule
- Schedule may vary based on customer needs
- Starting wage: $14+

Job Description
Advance Services is seeking dependable and motivated Residential Cleaning Team Members to join an established cleaning company serving the Lakes Area. This position involves working as part of a team to provide high-quality residential cleaning services for local homes.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in providing excellent service. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services as part of a team
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning duties
- Follow established cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow company safety and customer-service guidelines
