About the Role The Resident Services Specialist is responsible for all phases of resident service and resident retention with emphasis on the administration of property operations, resident functions, and service requests to provide a quality living experience for residents. At some locations, the role also includes maintaining occupancy goals. What You'll Do
- Support resident services and retention efforts, manage service requests, and assist with property operations to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Administer resident functions and contribute to occupancy goals where applicable.
- Uphold the company's mission and policies while fostering a positive organizational culture. What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year direct customer service, sales or apartment industry experience
- Knowledge of office systems and equipment; typing 40 wpm with accuracy; word processing
- Additional qualifications: Some college; experience with spreadsheets and Yardi preferred Nice to Have
- Yardi and spreadsheet experience (preferred) Compensation & Benefits
