About the Role Residential life staff include Resident Assistants (RA) who live in the residence halls and are available 24 hours a day. RAs support student success, provide guidance, and are trained in resolving conflicts to maintain a safe and inclusive on-campus living environment. What You'll Do
- Live in designated residence halls as a campus housing staff member.
- Be available to residents 24 hours a day to assist with questions, concerns, and community building.
- Support residents' personal growth and academic success by promoting accountability, safety, and engagement.
- Collaborate with fellow staff and campus resources to resolve conflicts and address housing-related needs. What We're Looking For
- Interest in helping students succeed and fostering a positive on-campus community.
- Willingness to live on campus and participate in RA on-call duties.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to facilitate peer support and resolve conflicts.
- Able to work with a team and follow program guidelines and training.
