Pay Range 80,000-85,000 USD per annum
Job Description Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management & eCommerce, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Reservations department and ensure service standards are followed
- Manage and coordinate all group and individual reservations
- Maintain liaison with the Sales, Conference, and Accounting teams
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
- Maximize revenues by ensuring all Reservation Agents are knowledgeable in room product and hotel services
Qualifications

Previous leadership experience in a similar role

Opera Property Manager System experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications

Experience within group and tour markets preferred

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong team player

Strong guest-focus, calm and courteous demeanor
