• We are currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, Part-Time Reservations Agent to join our professional and welcoming Reservations team.
• Job Description
• • Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding reservations and inquiries.
• • Assist customers in selecting appropriate options based on their needs and preferences.
• • Input and update reservation details accurately in the system.
• • Provide information about available services, promotions, and special offers.
• • Modify or cancel reservations as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, front desk) to meet customer needs.
• • Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional, courteous manner.
• • Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of customer interactions and bookings.
• Qualifications
• • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• • A passion for hospitality and helping people
• • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• • High attention to detail and accuracy
• • Experience with reservation systems (training provided)
• • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• • A positive attitude, with a problem-solving, guest-first mindset
