Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Hotel Reservations, preferably within a 4- or 5-star international hotel.

Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of hotel reservation procedures, room types, rates, packages, and inventory management.

Proficiency in Opera PMS.

Experience with OTAs, GDS, and online booking channels is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle guest requests, complaints, amendments, cancellations, and complex reservations professionally.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Flexible to work according to operational requirements, including weekends and public holidays when required.
