Research Operations Associate
Role overview Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Research Operations Associate for a full-time position (40 hours per week)
REQUIREMENTS

1–2 years supporting UX teams, cross-functional programs, or coordinating research participants/panels.

Experience coordinating, scheduling, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Understanding of or interest in UX Research and Design Thinking. Experience recruiting participants, preferably for UX research. Calendar management and scheduling tools.

Online collaboration tools.

Experience with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics or equivalent). Strong Agile/Jira experience.
