Job title: Research Nurse
About the Role Concentric Methods is seeking an experienced Research Nurse to independently provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of NIAMS. The primary objective is to provide services and deliverables through performance of support services. The total hourly pay for this exempt position is $56.00 for up to 40 hours per week. This rate represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. What You'll Do
- Develop procedure manuals for clinical research protocols and create case report forms; visit off-site centers.
- Implement protocol operations to ensure study compliance; troubleshoot violations and maintain regulatory documentation.
- Interface with IRBs; coordinate filings and other regulatory documents.
- Manage research subject files; update clinical staff on patient care, protocol processes, and ICH-GCP/QA education.
- Collaborate with Principal Investigators to interpret data; assist in producing/revising clinical protocols; support data integrity and retrieval.
- Participate in QA/quality improvement; coordinate data input for ClinicalTrials.gov; interact with auditing/monitoring agencies.
- Provide nursing care and patient education for human microbiome outpatient programs; coordinate biospecimens and labs; log samples.
- Recruit/enroll subjects; develop patient rapport; explain protocols/tests; consult with healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate travel (0-10%).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with current state licensure.
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
