Research Executive

About the Role Join Kantar's Offshore Brand Excellence Team as a Research Executive. This non-client-facing role focuses on project management, analysis, reporting and people development, delivering large, strategic brand tracking studies across multiple clients and markets for Kantar Insights Australia. You’ll work closely with the Team Leader and collaborate with onshore teams to ensure alignment, accuracy and efficient delivery while being a trusted brand partner to clients and Australian client-facing teams. What You'll Do

• Manage accounts to ensure the team delivers all account outputs, including data tables, KPIs, presentations, reports and workshops, balancing hands-on analysis with delegation within the team.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of account outputs.
• Support development and implementation of solutions to drive meaningful insights for clients’ needs and their business.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of clients and their business in all interactions, deliverables and analyses conducted for them. What We're Looking For
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant quantitative research experience.
• Educated to a degree level, preferable in marketing or business.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environment; excellent organizational skills, time management and the ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Have a curious mind and can think out of the box.
