About the Role Exa is seeking a Generalist Research Engineer to work across our search and retrieval stack—from crawling and parsing to ML performance and retrieval algorithms—to improve the end-to-end quality of search endpoints for customers. - Design and ship a new parser that dramatically improves retrieval performance
- Improve throughput and latency of ML models
- Make our web crawler 3x faster
- Collaborate across crawling, parsing, ML performance, and retrieval algorithms to improve end-to-end search for customers What We're Looking For
