Job title: Research Coordinator

About the Role

The Research Coordinator provides support to the Principal Investigator and Study Team, coordinating research activities that may include recruiting research participants, data collection and management, and other research tasks as assigned. The position also assists with report generation and project close-out activities.

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate initiation of study protocols and implement operating policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain data collection and analysis systems in support of the research protocol; coordinate data collection and analysis as needed.
• Recruit, instruct, and coordinate research subjects/volunteers in alignment with study objectives.
• Manage day-to-day activities of technical support staff involved in research/clinical protocol activities; may perform protocol tasks as required.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and outreach events related to research; document all correspondence.
• Communicate effectively with the Principal Investigator, site personnel, The Geneva Foundation, and funding organizations to ensure project success.
• Promote safety and confidentiality of research participants at all times and adhere to OSHA, GCP, GLP, and infection control procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years’ experience in clinical research (preferred).
• 2-4 years’ non-profit, research, or healthcare experience (desired).
• Excellent oral and written communication; organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and communicate diplomatically.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of CFR, GCP, and ICH guidelines.

Nice to Have

• 2-4 years of clinical research experience (preferred).
• 2-4 years of non-profit, research, or healthcare experience (desired).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 - $72,000 USD per year.
