Research and Development Supervisor
R&D Supervisor will support raw meat product and process development activities to improve quality, cost efficiency, and meet customer needs. Work closely with R&D and Operations teams under guidance from direct report and expert team.
Key Accountabilities
- Create and design raw meat cutting to meet customer requirements
- Assist in process improvement projects in the plant to enhance reliability and reduce costs
- Conduct trials and support development of raw meat products according to assigned plans
- Prepare progress reports and assist in managing project budgets
- Support customer-focused innovation projects under supervision
- Help build a pipeline of new product ideas aligned with business opportunities
- Assist Technical Services and Operations teams in solving product issues and providing product information to customers
