About the Role Uline is seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to support data-driven decision making across the business. This role will analyze market and internal data, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams from our Pleasant Prairie, WI location.
What You'll Do
- Conduct data analysis and interpret results to inform strategic initiatives
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate findings clearly
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business questions into research projects
- Assist with ad-hoc analyses and competitive benchmarking
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, economics, statistics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex data clearly
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Prior experience in a corporate or supply chain environment
