Job title: Research Administrator
About the Role The Research Administrator for the Department of Medical Oncology and the Divisions of Molecular and Cellular Oncology and Solid Tumors is responsible for managing the research portfolio(s) for one or more laboratories and Disease Centers under direction and moderate supervision.
What You'll Do
- Manage research portfolios for one or more laboratories and Disease Centers.
- Coordinate and monitor a variety of funding sources, including federal, industry, foundation, donor, institutional, chargeback, and clinical trials.
- Collaborate with principal investigators and departmental administration to ensure compliant budgeting, reporting, and post-award administration.
- Support grant lifecycle activities, documentation, and communication with sponsors and internal stakeholders.

- Experience in research administration or related field.
- Knowledge of diverse funding types and grant mechanisms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced research environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with multi-laboratory portfolio management.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $64,700.00 - $71,700.00 per year.
