About the Role OHB System AG in Bremen is seeking a Requirements Engineer to act as the project focal point for requirements with customers and suppliers, ensuring review, breakdown (flow-down), and traceability of technical requirements, and managing data exchange and tool data in Polarion/DOORS for satellite projects. What You'll Do
- Be the project’s focal point for requirements topics towards customers and suppliers
- Ensure proper review, breakdown (flow-down), and traceability of technical requirements
- Conduct verification control in the satellite project and ECSS standard (e.g. RVMs, VCDs)
- Manage data exchange related to requirements with external stakeholders
- Support the creation and review of requirements specifications
- Oversee and maintain project data in Siemens Polarion and IBM Rational DOORS What We're Looking For
- Completed studies in aerospace engineering, computer science, or a similar field
- Strong understanding of systems engineering and requirements management
- Ideally experienced with Siemens Polarion and/or IBM Rational DOORS
- Fluent English proficiency
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills Nice to Have
- Experience with ECSS verification artifacts (RVMs, VCDs)
