Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) - Graphic Design and Brand Communication Services

Background Selistar Management Services invites applications from qualified graphic designers, creative agencies, and brand communication firms for inclusion in its Prequalified Supplier Database for Graphic Design and Brand Communication Services. The prequalification aims to establish a pool of competent service providers who may be invited to submit quotations for assignments on an as-needed basis. Prequalification does not constitute a contract or guarantee of work.

Scope of Services The successful applicants may be engaged to provide services including:

• Corporate branding materials (company profiles, presentations, reports, stationery, and proposals)
• Marketing and promotional materials (brochures, flyers, posters, banners, event branding, and merchandise)
• Digital communication assets (social media graphics, website graphics, newsletters, email banners, and infographics)
• Brand identity development and management
• Publication design and layout
• Print-ready artwork preparation and production support

Minimum Requirements Applicants should possess:

• At least three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate branding and graphic design.
• A strong portfolio of similar assignments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign. Knowledge of Figma and other modern design tools will be an added advantage.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Submission Requirements Interested applicants should submit:

• Company or individual profile.
• Portfolio of previous work.
• Curriculum Vitae of key personnel (where applicable).
• At least three professional references.
• A financial proposal or schedule of rates for graphic design services.

Prequalification Period Successful applicants will be included in the Selistar Management Services Prequalified Supplier Database for a period of two (2) years, subject to satisfactory performance and periodic review. Selistar Management Services reserves the right to accept or reject any application, request additional information, or engage one or more prequalified service providers without obligation to award any specific assignment.
