Job title: Repse Analyst (Temp)
About the Role The Repse Analyst (Temp) is responsible for validating and monitoring REPSE compliance of providers of specialized services, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits. This role coordinates with Legal, Fiscal, HR and Finance to ensure processes are aligned and compliant, with an emphasis on risk reduction.
What You'll Do
- Validate and track REPSE compliance for service providers.
- Review and update monthly fiscal, labor, and social security documentation.
- Load information into official platforms such as ICSOE and the REPSE portal.
- Administer personnel records provided by suppliers.
- Support internal and external audits related to REPSE and labor compliance.
- Prepare status, risk, and compliance reports for internal areas.
- Coordinate with Legal, Tax, Finance and HR to ensure processes are aligned and risk-free.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social security, labor compliance, REPSE, payroll or auditing.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws; REPSE and subcontracting of specialized services; social security and tax regulations.
- Experience using ICSOE and government platforms.
- Intermediate Excel and experience with document tools.
