About this role

About the Role You will be a key actor in the B2B customer experience in the United States, ensuring efficient order management, commercial terms, and invoicing processes with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role is based in Querétaro, México, and supports Michelin's US customers. What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end Order to Invoice / Order to Cash process.
  • Track orders and coordinate with plants and warehouses to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Resolve questions and provide agile, effective solutions to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Analyze and manage commercial terms, pricing, and customer requests.
  • Resolve issues, follow up on claims, and close cycles with the customer.
  • Identify root causes of recurring problems and drive improvements.
  • Apply legal, tax, and internal control standards in every process.
  • Contribute to continuous process and working-method improvements. What We're Looking For
  • Advanced English (C1 indispensable) to interact with US-based customers daily.
  • Open to new graduates, students, or talent with initial experience in Call Center or customer service.
  • Required competencies: Adaptability, Initiative, Problem Solving, Customer relations, Teamwork and collaboration. Nice to Have
  • Experience collaborating with people from different cultures. Compensation & Benefits
