An established Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm in San Ramon is seeking a detail-oriented Reporting & Billing Specialist to join its growing operations team.

This is an internal-facing role that works closely with financial advisors and the firm's internal team to support portfolio reporting, quarterly billing, account administration, and operational workflows. The primary focus will be managing quarterly billing across client accounts, maintaining accurate account data, and overseeing reporting and financial systems, including Envestnet Tamarac.

Key Responsibilities

• Quarterly Billing: Manage the end-to-end quarterly billing process across client accounts, ensuring calculations are accurate and completed on schedule.

• Billing & Fee Administration: Review fee schedules, account information, and billing calculations; identify discrepancies and communicate anticipated billing amounts to advisors and internal teams.

• Portfolio Reporting: Manage Envestnet Tamarac, including portfolio accounting, reporting functionality, and ongoing system maintenance.

• Account Administration: Set up new accounts, establish client portals, process account updates, and maintain accurate information across internal systems.

• CRM Management: Oversee CRM data and maintain accurate account, household, and relationship records.

• Daily Operations: Handle system updates, reporting needs, account maintenance, and other operational tasks that keep the firm running smoothly.

• Internal Collaboration: Partner with advisors and internal team members to coordinate billing cycles, resolve operational issues, and support ongoing reporting needs.

• Previous experience within an RIA, wealth management firm, or financial services environment.

• Understanding of quarterly advisory billing, fee calculations, and account administration.

• Experience working with CRM and portfolio management/reporting systems.

• Envestnet Tamarac experience is a plus.

• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills with a high level of attention to detail.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with advisors and internal stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
