About the Role
We are currently seeking a Reporting Automation & Continuous Improvement Manager for our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg. In this pivotal position, you will lead the industrialization and transformation of Managerial Reporting processes by driving automation, workflow optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Reporting Factory. You will play a key role in making reporting production increasingly scalable, efficient, and resilient through the deployment of automation technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and process excellence methodologies. Acting as the key link between Front Office, Reporting Operations, Data and AI, and Finance IT teams, you will help accelerate innovation and maximize the value generated by reporting technologies.
