Job Description
Configure, maintain, and improve Deltek Replicon to support enterprise time tracking, project management, time-off requests, approval workflows, compliance, and project billing. Manage system configuration and production support, troubleshoot issues, and work with HR, Payroll, Finance, Professional Services, Resource Management, and integration teams to ensure accurate data and smooth business processes.

- Configure, maintain, and improve Deltek Replicon to support enterprise time tracking, project management, time-off requests, approval workflows, compliance, and project billing.
- Manage system configuration and production support.
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Professional Services, Resource Management, and integration teams to ensure accurate data and smooth business processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered.
- 4+ years of enterprise timekeeping/workforce application configuration experience
- User/access configuration and exception handling
- Deltek Replicon administration and functional configuration
- Project time and billing/costing concepts for professional services organizations
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required.
- Experience integrating Replicon with Oracle HCM, SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake/data platforms, payroll, or resource-management applications.
- Experience with global time/leave compliance and professional-services billing.
