About this role
What you will do
Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels and availability, highlighting potential shortages and supply risks
Replenishment Support: Review replenishment needs against sales orders, forecasts, and inventory; follow up on stock replenishments, transfers, delays, and exceptions
Supply & Shortage Monitoring: Identify orders at risk of stock shortages, support urgent prioritization, and track shortage recovery and outstanding supplies
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with planners, customer service, production, warehouse, and supply teams to follow up on actions and communicate updates
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve replenishment processes and reporting efficiency.
What you bring
Currently an undergraduate in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or other relevant fields
Good experience in using ERP systems and analysing work processes
SCM Planning and Logistics experience in a similarly demanding MNC manufacturing environment
Advanced skills in MS Excel
Knowledge of freight / transportation, customs regulatory will be an added advantage.
