About the Role The mission of the role is to guarantee the delivery of products to the customer's home on time, providing quality, speed, accuracy and excellent service.
What You'll Do
- Ensure orders are delivered on time and in full, ensuring quality.
- Attend to customers following our service protocol.
- Use mobile tools for correct assignment, tracking and delivery of products.
- Keep the delivery motorcycle clean and in good condition.
- Comply with safety protocols and traffic regulations while driving.
What We're Looking For
- Secondary education completed
- Valid motorcycle rider license
- Experience handling a standard motorcycle
- Knowledge of mobile apps and digital platforms
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service and delivery
