Deel is hiring a Repairs Logistics Coordinator to manage customer outbound shipments and returns across EMEA, ensuring timely, professional responses and resolution of delivery and collection issues.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the seamless flow of customer outbound shipments and returns.
- Ensure responses to customer enquiries are within internal SLA.
- Respond to customer enquiries related to shipping, tracking, and delivery in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer complaints and issues related to collections and deliveries.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in logistics, shipping, import/export or a related role.
- Experience with carrier software is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS programs, G Suite and Slack; general computer literacy is essential.
